can ne one know if a '93, 300E,I6, gas powered, 3.2Litre engine has a rear differential in it?

You'd have to look to be sure
But chances are that if it drives, and isn't too terribly modified, then the differential is still there in the rear where they put it.

When a train car is in a curve one wheel is slipping on the rail because there is no differential.
Wagons don't have differentials, either. 18-wheeler trailers, as well. Cars do.
