Vavle guide replacement - M103 - Where to buy spark plug adapter
 
I need to get the air adapter that screws into the spark plug hole. Could someone tell me what the name of the adapter is and where I may be able to find one.

it will come with most quality compression tester kits, you may need another adapter to attach the air hose to it, home depot or lowes sells a universal adapter that will fit all air fittings

Here is the "Cheap Man's" answer:
Take an old sparkplug, knock the guts out of it, braze an airhose adapter onto it.
Done. ;)
