I believe that in California it is legal to do limo tint in all windows behind the two front windows. So from the two rear passenger windows on back, limo tint would be OK.

Every Suburban/Yukon that I have owned over the last 16 years, as well as every wagon has had one form or the other of deep tinting "back there."

Most police officers where I live are knowledgeable and friendly, but that may not be universally true across every jurisdiction.

I live in Georgia. The police here don't know the law and don't care what the law says as do the courts as long as their is ticket money involved. The police here regularly blatantly break the law and the clown courts wanting the ticket revenue lend a blind eye to the law breaking. There are many towns here in Georgia that I won't drive through since more than 90% of their money comes from ticket revenue. In California you have laws on your books against speed traps and ticket traps. We don't. Welcome to the South. Ya'll Come back now ya hear (we need the ticket revenue).

Sorry to hear that.

No thanks. I have a very well paid friend that works in Silicon Valley that can barely make ends meet because of the cost of housing. Its rather easy to deal with bubba because all he is after is a couple of hundred bucks here and there and modifying your behavior can generally avoid seeing his blue lights in your rear view mirror. I would rather deal with redneck cops every day rather than overpriced housing, overcrowding, earthquakes, hordes of illegal aliens and 4 hour commutes on bumper to bumper expressways.

California is nice to visit but I can't say I would want to live there.
