Hi,

Recently I've noticed a wind noise from the passenger side trailing edge of the hood. It's only noticed when traveling >40mph. My mechanic has tried to find it and will need more time with the car to get it. If any of you guys have heard of this and have some insight it would be greatly appreciated. I haven't found any thing loose on the car. BTW the noise is like a faint whistle.

MB published a bulletin on this subject! The noise is from the air intake grills in front of windshield, Simple fix, remove grills & put double sided tape between them & mounting to cut down air flow. Takes 20-30 minutes. CAN fax bulletin!
