You can't just cut and pray, you need to use a VOM meter and check each wire. You also never mentioned how you configured your alarm for door locks, there are several ways, including +12 lock/-12 unlock, -12 lock/+12 unlock etc. You are not going to be able to get the system you have to work without proper external relays. At this point, lets hope you didn't screw something up. Based on what I have read so far, you really should of took it to a shop to have it installed.

i think i have the exact same unit, but don't know how to supply power to the alarm receiver iteself. here is the schematic:
