Can the interior temperator sensor control the activation of the A/C compressor? If so, would like to know its location and prodcdure to get to it. Also is there any way to check it? Earle

The evaporator temp sensor is in the left side of heater box above the gas pedal area. Left under dash must be removed to access the sensor.

I have a Performance Products Cataloge and they list a Temperature Sensor - Interior Sensor at headliner. Is this the same sensor? Earle
