Euro Bumper Swap?
Has anyone swapped the Euro W126 bumpers to their US one?
I like the looks of the Euro units as they're smaller but am curious if they'll just bolt up if I take all the associated hardware...

Yes I have... I had a 1st gen Euro bumper on my 2nd gen US 300SEL. It was all good except the towhook stuck out a little more than Euro's. But no big deal

Should I snatch the Euro tow hook too?
What about the bumper supports and such?

Don't expect your insurance to cover them.
