I have put H&R's FOR the 400E ON my 400E. Keep in mind that these springs are CONSIDERABLY shorter. The 300E springs should lower your car fine, but if they are softer than what they need to be, you have a greater chance of tires rubbing as the car my dip too low while cornering or going over bumps. If you bring that wheel in closer to the wheel well (thats what you do when lowering), and the springs don't have the power to hold that heavy engine up, you will most likely have problems. Peter
