Sunroof problem (c28)
 

I've searched and search but can't seem to find a similar post on this.

I have a '98 C280 with a problem with the sunroof. When I try to open the sunroof it opens about 4 inches at a time. By this I mean when I press the button and it moves 4 inches and stops. Then if I release the button and press it again it will move another 4 inches (until it's all the way open).

When closing, the normal button to close the sunroof doesn't work, yet I can close it with the "tilt" button...

Does anyone have any ideas on what's wrong?

ok..shoot...I figured it out. It lost it's initialization. I pressed the "tilt" button for 5 seconds and all is good now.
