Smile Replacing A/c Expansion Valve On 1995 S320 W140

I want to replace the expansion valve on my 1995 S320. Can someone please give me the instructions how to do it. Where to locate it, remove it and replace it? Is there link with pictures to show?

I have problem with with my A/C that it does not blow cool air even completely recharged. I took to the A/C shop. They evacuated and recharged and it is still no cool air. They run pressure check and found there is blockage in the system. They wrote up an estimate to replace the compressor, expansion valve and drier for about $1,800 in cost. I ask them why replacing the compressor, they said it may be contaminated.

If you know how to fix this problem, please help me out. I really need to save some money.

challenging, but do-able.... of course i am not done yet.

i would say do the expansion valve and drier.... those parts don't exceed 60 dollars or so...
