107 intake manifold question

Hi All,
I've been absent from the board for several months.... 107 project was on hold while we built a new house. All done and moved in with a new bay for the 107! Anyway, Can anyone tell me if there is any difference between the intake manifold from a '79 450SL and an '82 380SL? I just picked up a manifold off ebay to start monkeying around with an EFI project, and wanted to make sure they're compatible (port locations/plumbing/etc). It doesn't matter so much if sensors are in different areas, etc. as long as it bolts up properly. Thanks in advance, and glad to be back!!

The intake manifold from an m117 will NOT fit on an m116, it will be too wide. Just like an m116 one is too narrow for an m117.
