Wiring Schematics for W201 ignition switch
 
HELP!! Can someone scan or send a copy of the wiring diagram for a W201 ignition switch? I was replacing mine and i managed to rip the wires off the connector housing. Now I don't know which one goes where. Please help!

mercedes e220 ignition wiring
 
the info given above re ignition wiring is exactly what i am looking for except my car is a mercedes e220 automatic 1994.
the wires are all loose from the back of the ignition barrel.
there are 7 wires and 7 connections, but which connects to which ?

the wires are:

purple
red
red
pink/salmon and yellow
pink/salmon and green
pink/salmon and red
green and white

the connectors are labeled:

15r
p30
15
30
15x
30
50

desperation is a lonely place to be

please help

that seems to be the one i need gonna try it now.

just wanted to say a big thank you and what a response i only asked the question about 5 minutes before you answered it.

of course if i had looked harder in the first place.......

how did you get to the back of your ign switch...
i can seem to get any access to the wires let alone see whats on the switch..
how can i remove tha lower grey paneling, or is there an easy way...
