Hi gents I have a 83D turbo in need of a front passenger caliper I have researched them and find that there are 2 different type is anyone familiar with the and which one does my car require

The two types of caliper (Bendix or ATe) were used interchangably through out the line. They are not designated by chassis number so you will have to look to see which you have. MB says that the brands should not be mixed but I have seen scores of cars with them mixed. They use the same pads.
