How to change vacuum actuator for recycle air?
 

Hi,
My car is 92 500sel.
I noticed today that flap that should open to recirculate air inside cabin does not open. Top flap that lets fresh air in and closes for in-cabin air recycle works fine. I am suspecting that vacuum element is shot. But cannot find any info how to replace it. Looks to me that whole dash has to come out to get to it. Did somebody replaced vacuum pod for recirc. air flap without taking dash apart?
Any info will be helpfull.

OK. I got it.
Right behind glove compartment but it checked to be functional. Diverter flaps problem now:confused:
