Question 95 S320 W140 Electric Fan Issue

My electric fans are working just wonderfully when the a/c is on (I recently changed the resistors to the two-resistor setup with help from this forum).

The thermostat was changed and the coolant flushed. Water Wetter added.

Cool Harness v-2 installed (great product, Jim F).

The issue I am having is that the fans are working with the pressure switch from the a/c system, but are not turning on at th 94 degrees centigrade as the cool harness v-2 is supposed to. It will start to go over the 100 degree mark if I keep the a/c on. The only way to cool it down is to crank the heater and turn off the a/c.

My wires are slightly frayed at the connector, but I am not having any other engine management issues so I don't want to replace the entire harness yet.

I would like to get some advice on how to test the fans from the temperature sensor to make sure the power is going to the fans...(if that is the right thing to do...)

Any help would be appreciated.

Andrew S.
