I just bought mine as part of a kit, Meyle Filter + Gasket.
That's how I have always bought the parts for tranny service.

Is the pan gasket identical for the 4matic with the regular RWD E320.Because part does not show up for the 4matic,ony on the regular E320?

Accoring to the FastLane site, it is:

Although probably not recommended, you will find that your current pan gasket could be re-used. It's a great design.
