1985 500 SEL ABS information

Does anyone know what the resistance in ohms should be for the front ABS sensors? I have one that reads approx. 1.2 kilo ohms, and the other reads 20 mega ohms. The ABS trouble light comes on after the car rolls about 50 feet, and the ABS does not work. Before I buy / change out the front sensors, I'd like to know which one is bad.

I don't know the resistance of the sensors but when I test them I hook up my ohm meter and shake the wire. If the reading changes or goes open it probably needs a sensor. (sensor doesn't go bad just the wiring to the sensor)
