Problems at FastLane?
I'm not ripping on FastLane, just wondering if anything's wrong. I had a few parts clarification questions for Phil and sent him emails and never heard back. So I went ahead and placed an order anyway. About 1/2 second after I pressed the "submit" button I realized I left something out of my order. Wanting to ensure I am able to take advantage of free shipping (this is a several hundred dollar order), I immediately sent Phil an email. After not getting any response, I called and left a voice mail. I still haven't received a response of any sort.

Phil is ok but...
Phil moved to a new office over the weekend. He was hoping to have everything up and running this morning but AT&T didn't cooperate. No internet access yet.
Hopefully, he'll be back up tomorrow. |
