95 C280, electrical problems
 

I'm having trouble with the head rest in the back seat. They are stuck in the up position. Also my power antena used to always be extended and just recently has quit going up at all now.
I can't find any blown fuses and don't really know in what direction to look to try and solve these problems.
Any advice?

On the headrests, is there a switch on the dash to lower them? I didn't think the headrests on the C class had this, but maybe.
Antenna, stuck in the "down" position is strange, I'd assume it needs a new antenna assembly. Needs to be tested.

my '98 C-class has the switch on the - dash center - that lowers the rear headrest. It uses vacuum so chk all the connections in the trunk and lhe underside of the rear shelf deck.

Isn't the vacuum box behind the trunk lining in the passenger side?
