Help with E420 springs

Hi,
Can anybody help me to identify part number for the 97 E420 front springs.
I just installed new front springs part number A210 321 15 04 and it looks too high.
I don't want anything sporty or sexy with lowering and all this. I just want to know if this is a correct replacement for my original spings. And if not, what those springs for then?
If I'm going to go back to garage I need some solid data to back up my claim.
Rubber spacer is already the lowest one so I don't think this is the problem.
Anyone?
Thanks.

MB springs are selected by a point numbering system..

ON the 1997 E420 the "base" number is 85...add 3 points for sunroof, add 1 point for sound system, add 1 point for H/Ll washer system, & 1 point for ASR.

Depending on equipment you have from 89-91 points.

for a car with 89 points the spring is 210-321-14-04 & the thickest spring pad....

for a car with 90 or more points the number is 210-321-15-04 & the thinnest spring pad.

You know your cars equiptment level...so add up the points...I'll bet that you have the correct spring...

have you driven the car at least 10 miles??

Yes, it looks like I have a correct part number for my 91 points. It's just that there is ~4.5 In between the fender and the top of the tire and it looks more like suzuki samurai ready for offroading then what it looked before.

Thanks,
Kunibert
