Auto climate control replacement
 

I have a 1980 300cd with a busted climate control servo motor. Is there a way to eliminate this module altogether in restoring climate control capability? I don't want to be dealing with this system again down the road. I'm a complete MB newbie, so be very specific. Thanks.

There'a a digital upgrade available from Performance products; The OEM servos are notorius. The upgrade costs about $700 about 1/2 the cost of the OEM unit. Check it out on unwiredtools.com.
