Ok heres the story. I have a 97 c230 and for some reason every now and then ( whenever it feels like it) it will go into a hard vibration in the engine and loose exceleration. I jam down on the accelerator and it sputters its way up to speed( takes about 10 seconds just to excell to 30) I have been told it could be the mass air flow sensor or the transmission fluid needs changed. I am thinking its in the air flow sensor or o2 sensor. Any idea what it could be? Its diving me crazy!!!!! Any help woiuld be greatly greatly appreciated.

The first step is to get the codes pulled.
