W140 w/ V8, when lockup automatic?

Can anyone tell me when they 140s received the five speed auto with lockup with the M119?

What about ADS II?

The S420s and S500s were 4 speeds through 1995 and got the five speed 722.6 transmission in 1996. The six cylinders always had a five speed, the 722.5 and got the 722.6 a year later in 1997. Same was true for the 129s - V8 in 1996, six in 1997.
