1994 S600 ASR can i cancel asr??
 

ASR comes on some of the time for no reason. Can i just diable the thing or what? It is a pain when it kicks in.

Check your brake light switch, it disables ASR when you put on the brake. I have been told!

where is the brake light switch for my 94 S600?

ASR is like an evil siamese twin - insidiously and profoundly attached to your car. It is very complex and so integrated into subsystems of your car that there really isn't any way to get rid of it - other than selling the car. I believe this is the real purpose of Ebay Motors - selling ASR cars sight unseen to unsuspecting rubes. The best advice on ASR is not to buy a car that has it. Big help, aren't I?
