the correct item to eliminate the miss at idle caused by the fuel distributor?

Hi Gregga,

Have you found the answer to this, because I have exactly the same problem with my 280E and a new fuel distributor is astronomically expensive!

No, is the answer. The kit deals with the the airflow plate itself. They do get bent in back fires.
