My EHA is leaking so does that mean i need to replace it? Or is the hesitation being caused by some other device eg: O2 sensor ect

What do you mean? Does it have an external leak?
Hesitation can be caused by many thing injectors, plugs, wires, dist, rotor etc.

I found out that fuel is leaking out of the pins for the plug.
I have already unpluged it and my car ran great.
I just need to know now if the EHA is broken because it is leaking or is this normal

If it's leaking from the pins or anywhere on the outside it has to be replaced. Are you sure that it isn't leaking from the joint between EHA and fuel dist? An EHA is pretty expensive, but you might be able to find a good used one.

Yes it is leaking from the pins.
I only noticed it leaking when i unpluged it.
Thanks for your help

Same thing happened to my car.Its leaking by the pins
and causing slight hesitation. My mechanic said the
EHA is still good, but change the two O Rings and the car runs fine after.

That is why I asked to make sure that the leak isn't originating from the joint. You might have a problem with the o-rings.
