Probably not as easy as some cars. Suggestions would include observing the arrow on the filter so you're not confused when you put it on. Make sure you get a pair of copper sealing rings for the banjo bolt on one side. After loosening the fittings, get the screws loosened that hold the filter to the clamping band.

It's under a plastic cover.
You're going to need a tool to clamp off the line or you'll empty your gas tank by the time you get everything connected back up. NO NOT ignore advice to get new seal washers.
