i just changed the signal switch and the wiper motor. Now the horn doesn't work and the intermitten wiper speed doesn't perform a full rotation,it makesone sweep then everyone after that is either 1/4 or 1/2 a swipe. The other speeds work fine. Any suggestions?

Did you remove horn contact from the old switch to new switch ???...when your install new wiper motor be careful both motor & linkage must in parking (rested)position.

Yes.It was in the rested position. Actually, the only reason changed he motor in the first place was because the oiginal switch was bad and the wiper started to act this way. after I changed the turn signal/wiper switch, the wiper was acting the same way. In regards to the horn contact, since you just mentioned it I probably made a big mistake and didn't change it. Of course I threw the original switch away. I guess I'm screwed now!
