300TD w124 electrical gremlins... help

My friend has a euro spec 300TD, not sure what year.
-His fog lamps are intermitent... sometimes they turn on with the switch... sometimes they don't turn on at all.
-AC Blower sometimes won't function when the dial is set to "1"... but will function on any other setting.
-Aux fan is also intermitent... even when jumping the ac drier switch... (pressure switch?)
-door locks and convenvience light "fuse" blows up from time to time.

From what I know all of these started happening almost at the same time.

Any ideas?

Check ground connections behind headlights, shock towers, etc. Loosen, wiggle, and then tighten again.
