W210 light bulb center console
 

A light bulb in my center console behind the temperature adjustment is broken on my W210 220cdi classic from 2001. Can someone tel me how to get there to change it? Many thanks in advance

I assume that you are describing the light in the heating/A-C controller?

There are 2 different versions..USA & optional version is automatic climate control & has digital LCD display. To replace that bulb the unit must be removed.

ON the standard unit there are rotary knobs that bulbs behind them. The knobs pull off.

IF you meant the instrument cluster temp display then THAT must be removed to reach the bulbs.
