1985 380 se vs 83 380 sl vs 92 500 sl

Thinung about bying a 85 380 se parts car, is there any interchangeable parts with the 83 380 sl dual chain upgrade and a 92 500 sl ?

Is the tranny the same on all 3?
the engine is it the same on both 380's, what about the heads?
and ancilliary parts on the 380's. computer, idle controllers etc.

Thanks, Juan

The 500SL is a totaly different car.

The engines should be about the same for any W126-R107 parts swaping.
