Tried to restart, engine starts then dies again. Waited an hour started car, car started but loses power when gas is applied. Sounds like it is being choked.

Called 1-800-for-merc, couldn't find any decent answer. Tech says key is not being recognized by the computer. Problem is I live very far from my dealer and don't want just anyone to pull my car away. Arggghh..
