C 240 strange whining / whistling noise

My C240 lately develops a strange whining or whistling noise when the car is travelling within 64mph (104 km/h) and 70mph (112km/h). The noise comes from the right rear of the car. Other than these speeds, the noise is not there at all. The noise is most prevalent at speed of 66mph (107km/h).

I suspect it is the door seal. I am not sure?? If not, could it be the right rear axle?

Any advise or does anyone similar experience of such problem?
