How long to change 87 300E belt tensioner and shock?

How long does it take to change these 2 parts? I have a tech session coming up and wonder whether I can do it in 3-4 hrs?

I was told I needed to pull the radiator to change the belt tesioner and tensioner shock. 10 minutes sounds pretty fast. Anyone know the thread on how to change?

Angry 124 tensioner

I am still working on replacing various parts related to this repair. The belt broke while the engine was running on my wifes 90 300E @ 122,000 mi. I have read a lot of info on the repair. The "tool" is just a piece of steel round stock filed down to about .220" dia and bent to a 90 degree angle with about 1/2" leg which fits behind the fan assembly between a notch. The tool engages into a hole in the fan shaft flange from the rear. The notch keeps the tool in place so that you can remove and replace the fasteners on the fan, clutch and pully. My problem has been with re-tensioning once I have replaced everything. I have gone through three tensioning rods ( they strip if you go too far with the adjustment). Anyone have any words of wisdom?
