Out of curiosity, why would you think it could? They are completely different cars and the front ends are not identical.

The 300SE & the 300SEL from 1986 to 1991 have the same headlight as the one you are looking for... Jim

But as we all know the descriptions on eBay aren't always accurate.

Anyway, I wasn't the one that won the auction, so I'm still looking for the necessary headlight parts to repair the damage from a minimal collision with a deer. Could've been a lot worse.

At 235,000 miles the car is mostly spent

And not a candidate for restoration project- but still a good daily driver
