Do-It-Yourself Garage in the GTA ??

I recall sometime ago in the GTA (Greater Toronto Area) that there are some shops that cater to the do-it-yourselfers? Like you can go in and rent a garage bay by the hour, and you can even rent tools. Anyone know where these shops are and if possible their phone# ??
