1995 s320 transmission leak
 

I have a 1995 s320 with 150k, my transmission leaks when i first start my car (cold). i notice it wont leak when i put it in drive, but leaks in all other gears(cold). after my car warms up the leak stops. it apears to be coming from the top of the transmission, not the front seal as i thought.
The leak first started when i had my transmission flushed and they over filled it by 2 quarts.....

If anyone might know how i can fix this problem, please help

Who overfilled it? Its their fault, get them to pay for the repairs since they've obviously blown a seal somewhere.
