need some parts for 2000 S430 W220

I have found the cause of my blower motor problem! There was a plugged drain which was causing water to back up and into the blower compartment. This led to water leaks in other places too and it looks like I'm going to need some new electrical parts!

Is anyone parting out a W220? I'll look up part numbers when I can but for now, I need the electrical gear that lives under the right rear seat - fuse box, relays, control modules, etc. I also might need some wiring depending on how it's put together inside- I do not know yet.

Here are the parts I need. Please let me know if you have any of these available! It's a bummer, because I just replaced the regulator!

I can't help you with the parts, but I can give you some advice on carrying out the repair.
1. Don't replace any wiring unless it's physically damaged (eg. terminals rusted completely off). A thorough soak in electrical contact cleaner is usually sufficient.
2. Remove the drain that became clogged and throw it away. If you don't, it will eventually become clogged again. If you insist on leaving the drain in place, make sure you clean it periodically. It only takes a few seconds using a long screwdriver.
3. You'll need to have the rear SAM programming checked, and corrected if necessary. Even if everything seems to be working normally, have it checked. If the fuel level sensor variant is programmed incorrectly, the vehicle can run out of gas, even though the gauge says' differently.
4. Remove the passenger side front carpet, as well as the rear carpet, and let it dry in the sun for a day or two. While the carpet is out, leave a fan running in the car. This will remove the moisture from the cloth tape that's used to wrap the vehicle wiring harness. Failure to completely dry out the cabin will result in a smelly interior.

Thanks! If I get a used SAM module from another S430, will I still have to reprogram it? does the Dealer do that?

What a bummer about the drain. I guess I'm not alone- I've seen a few other people with the same problem.

Like I said, have the programming checked no matter what! Anybody with an SDS can do it.
