any tool or hardware store should have a battery charger if not harborfreight.com sells them too. charge it first and make sure theres nothing draining it when its off. seat control modules are notorious for draining the battery. the vent problem is likely one of more stepper motors is defective. the left footwell motor is a common problem on your model. not so much the motor but the link behind it. cheap part but labor intensive to get to it.
