w123 - removing the license plate bracket (front)
 

My front bracket has two screws, but when I turn them nothing ever gets loosened. I searched, but how in the heck do I get that bracket off?

Hi POS, I just removed one of these for my 300D at the boneyard. There are nuts up inside of the bumper that you need to hold also. 10 MM I believe. Many of these were installed after the fact and who knows what might have been done but I bet if you get up inside there you will see the nuts. Let me know if I'm wrong, Andy
