MBUSA Website Service History.
 

Just as a FYI, the MBUSA website allows any MB owner to enter the VIN, and file all of you service history and ownership info with them. I have been doing it for a while, might prove to be valuable if you were to lose your service records, and then decide to sell the car. A printout with a MB logo on it saying service history is pretty convincing :rolleyes: .

Do you have a link and/or location on the MB site? I signed up for the owners section a while back and the link for the service history has never had any data. Thanks.

Well, I mistated myself. You must input your own service information, from your records. I do it for extra protection, in case of my service records being lost, etc.

That's a pretty good idea, I have a huge binder with 14 years worth of receipts, but what if it got lost misplaced or burned up?

Just like it's a good idea to photocopy your passsport before traveling, and email a copy of it to your mailbox.
