I know how to remove the rear seat bottom. Now how do I get the rear seat back off? Is there some latch or screws that make it easy?

There should be three bolts (10mm head) in the bottom of the rear backrest, one at each side and one in the middle.
After these bolts are removed, you can push the backrest straight upwards to unhook the top of the backrest...

Just a note,
The 3 bolts should be at the bottom of the seat backing; one at either end and one in the center.
NOt hard to do.
