How is the exterior door handle removed on a W202?

1994 C280. Need to remove the exterior door handles (front) can't seem to figure it out, been looking for about 15 minutes,,, anyone know???

there is a 4mm allen bolt under a rubber cover I think behind the door seal, straight out from the lock tumbler. You'll need a long allen to reach it through the opening
