I need to replace both fenders on my 71 280se. My body man says after market fenders are available back to 73. It was my understanding that all 108 chassis fenders are the same. will they fit my car?

The site http://car-part.com has a good search tool. They list a bunch of fenders for your car from $50 to $450. The fenders came from 1967 to 1973 280 and 300 cars. Give some of the suppliers a call to be sure.

And realize that a 108 body fender is too big for UPS. It has to be truck freight and very well crated. That significantly increases the cost.
