As others have noted, I think someone has "been here before you".

The second picture you posted is very fuzzy, but the connectors attached to the wires do look "professional", so maybe at some point the socket they connected to got damaged, and the wires were hooked up one-at-a-time to the relay (which is what this device appears to be.)

Can you tell me EXACTLY where this device is found, and also what color the wires are that are connected to it?

Also, double check the number starting with 012 - that appears to be an MB part number. The other number is the Hella part #.

Your work list:
Verify the MB part # on the relay
List of all wire colors connected to the relay
Actual physical location of the relay (example - under driver's side dash, left of steering column, about 6" towards rear from forward bulkhead...)

With that and some patience, I may be able to figure out what the device is, and what the wiring pattern is for it.

Regards

the part is located behind the dash, right side on the steering wheel, and as Myarmar said before :
This is Seat Belt/Keys/Lights Warning Module N2/4
1 - Brown/Green
2 - Pink/Blue
3 - Grey/Purple (2 wires)
4 - empty
5 - Brown/Grey
6 - Black/Red/Purple
7 - Brown/Blue
8 - Brown

there is more than one number on the part
5 sa005035-01

0125456832

thank you for your time and help!!!

I was just wondering, why do you sometimes to capitalize the first letter of each word in your messages, and sometimes you don't? Also, did you know that there are other forms of punctuation besides commas? For example, periods, semi-colons, etc. exist. Try them sometime!

But seriously, such poorly-written posts usually get ignored. Learn to write better!
