the fronts I removed by taking 1 screw out and sliding the molding towards the rear. (thanks to manny!)

how are the rear moldings removed? i cant find a screw, do you simply slide it one way?

The rears are exactly the same.
Unless you're talking about the moulding behind the rear wheels.
They're held with clips.
