Hi,
I want to improve the handling of my 320 CE -93. I will lower the car first and maybe add thicker swaybars. Eibach sells Anti-Roll kit for $500: 28mm front & 17mm rear swaybar. Renntech at: http://www.renntechmercedes.com/cars/eclass/eclassw124.html also sells swaybar:
Front and rear swaybar set (300E/300CE/E320) $645
Front and rear swaybar set (400E/E320) $915
Front swaybar (500E/E500) $590

I have read that a cheap solution is to get the swaybars from a car with the sportline kit or some other cars like the E500. I have located some used swaybars from a sportline car and a 500E car. Will these swaybars (front and rear) fit my car without modifications? And does someone know the dimensions (thickness) on these swaybars?

( On http://home.earthlink.net/~bcrosb/ , you can see a 300 CE which has: 400E E430 springs, 500E Front Swaybar, 400E Rear Swaybar, Sportline ctrl arm bushings and it is lowered. )
