560sel no wiper fluid on windshield.
 

hey guys got a gremlin. 1990 560sel wipers move pump is humming and no fluid on the windshield what could it be?

I would start at the pump, pull the hose, if you got fluid move on down the line for blockages or breaks!

My dads 560 had a similar problem --try sticking a pin in the spray nozzel on the hood. That did it for me--hope it helps

will do the hose is very hard probably the original. don't see the check valve. on my 380 clearly visible. have to wait for warmer weather 25 in north arkansas at the moment

The pump may be humming, but if the plastic tip (the part of the pump that actually goes into the tank) is broken, it may not be sucking fluid into the pump for the impeller to shoot out.

If the pump is original, it may be time to replace it.
