Well after my car sat at the dealer all weekend in the cold, it started with no problems this morning and the service guy says he is 100% sure the problem is fixed which seemed to be just a simple software upgrade. Another member of another MB board which I have joined has had the same problem, same solution and he said it was fixed for quite awhile but then the problem returned. I am hopeful this is gone and I don't have this car affecting my work or personal life due to a no-start.
