Here is the problem; The car has done this several times, which makes it even stranger. She will "bog" down all of a sudden, while running fine just moments before. With the pedal either half down or to the floor, she sputters, bucks and can only make about 20-mph, the only way I was able to get her home was to slip her into neutral at ever stop sign, keep the revs up and then do a neutral drop. If I shut it down when it starts this, and then restart her, she will run normally but not for too long. I am thinking Fuel Pump or Fuel Filter, but if it was the filter wouldn't it do this all the time? I need to fix this so ANY suggestions would be appreciated, the last time it did this I was merging on to the express way, and cars going 60 sure do not like a car in front of them going 20!

I had a similar problem years ago with an Oldsmobile. Turned out to be the crankshaft sensor was going bad. Took several trips to the dealer before it finally failed while in their possession. My car would misbehave once it had run for awhile , eventually bucking and acting liking the timing had gone out. Because it had! The car's timing was driven off of the signal from that sensor. Once the car sat for twenty minutes or so, it would drive normally again, at least for time. Seems that the sensor was mounted opposite the rotating crankshaft pulley. Overtime, since the sensor was mounted too close, it would actually abraid and heat up and fail.
Not saying this is your problem exactly but this is an example of how these types of symptoms sometimes are just a small sensor issues.
